This activity is a virtual advocacy pageantry supporting the seven causes of Rotary. The pageant will have three categories Male, Female and LGBTQ.

Please refer to your respective District Rotaract Representative for the availability of slots for the Male, Female, and LGBTQ+ categories (1 candidate per category per district). You will already be asked to upload in the entry form your advocacy and ramp videos.

All the winners will receive certificates of recognition. Cash prizes of winners will be sent via GCash while certificates will be sent through email.
Guidelines and Mechanics
A. Eligibility and Entry Photo and Video Submission
Each district must send one male, one female and one LGBTQ candidate who must be a bonafide Rotaractor of a Rotaract club in the Philippines.
Each candidate must submit a half body picture/portrait wearing any black dress for ladies or black formal attire for gentlemen in white background. LGBTQ candidates can choose whether to wear black dress or black formal attire. This photo will be posted on Facebook for the People’s Choice Award online voting.
Each candidate must submit a 1-3 minutes ramp video wearing an advocacy/Rotaract shirt. This video will be posted on Facebook for the People’s Choice Award online voting.
Each candidate must submit a 1-3 minutes video presenting their chosen advocacy under any of the seven causes of Rotary. The candidate must wear a Rotaract shirt in the video. This video will be shown live during the semi-finals night.
Each candidate must submit a 1-3 minutes video wearing a gown for ladies or a coat for men. LGBTQ candidates have the liberty to select whether to wear a gown or a coat. This video will be shown live during the semi-finals night.
The candidate must always ensure his/her safety for the attire and decorations to wear as well as in shooting the ramp and advocacy videos.
Upon submission of entry photos and videos, the Rotaractors grant the organizers the full permission to use the entries in publicity materials.
Candidates are entrusted to embody the Four Way Test in submitting entries and participating in the competition.
B. Criteria for Judging - Elimination Round
Visual Impact (Ramp Video) - 30%
Formal Attire (Ramp Video) - 30%
Advocacy (Video) - 40%
Total - 100%
Entry photos and ramp videos will be posted in the Pilipinas Rotaract MDIO Facebook Page. The entries with the most number of combined reactions for photos and videos during the posting period wins the People’s Choice Award.
The top 5 candidates per category from the semi-finals will advance to the coronation night. These top 5 candidates must submit a ramp video wearing a high fashion quarantine attire to be shown live during the coronation night.
C. Criteria for Judging - Final Round
High Fashion Quarantine Attire (Ramp Video) - 30%
Advocacy Speech (Live) - 20%
Question and Answer (Live) - 50%
Total - 100%
