Louie graduated at the University of Santo Tomas with a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Magna Cum Laude. An active youth leader since high school, he served various leadership positions in student councils, clubs and newspapers in Batasan Hills National High School and University of Santo Tomas. He also became President of the Quezon City Government Scholars Organization from 2010 to 2011.
His exemplary leadership gained him a number of recognitions such as the 10 Most Outstanding Campus Journalists of the National Capital Region, 10 Most Outstanding Student Leaders of Quezon City and Ulirang Kabataan ng Quezon City.
He also became part of various national and international conferences such as the 8th National Youth Parliament, the 1st Ninoy and Cory Aquino Leadership Journey and the Japan East Asia Network of Exchange for Students and Youths.
He is currently a dual member of the Rotaract Club of San Francisco del Monte Malaya Achievers and the Rotary Club of San Francisco Del Monte. He served as Rotaract Club President during Rotary Year 2012-2013 and District Rotaract Representative of Rotary International District 3780 during Rotary Year 2017-2018.
Prior to his chairmanship of the Pilipinas Rotaract Multi-District Information Organization, he served as Pilipinas Rotaract Information Center Director in Rotary Year 2018-2019 and Vice Chair in Rotary Year 2019-2020.
In January 2020, he participated in the Rotary International Assembly, the training event of incoming district Rotary leaders, held at San Diego, California, USA. He was also crowned as the 2019 Mr. Rotaract Asia Pacific during the Asia Pacific Regional Rotaract Conference held at Kaohsiung, Taiwan in September 2019.
He also served as Public Relations Director of the Asia Pacific Rotaract Committee from Rotary Years 2019-2021. He was also elected as Chair of the Asia Pacific Rotaract MDIO for Rotary Year 2021-2022.
He has also been appointed as Assistant Regional Rotary Coordinator for Rotary International Zone 10A for years 2021 to 2024. As an assistant RC, he works with the Regional Rotary Coordinator and district leaders in educating, motivating, and training Rotary and Rotaract clubs and districts about membership, strategic planning, and Rotary programs.
He is currently the Program Manager of Security Bank Foundation where he develops and manages the education and community development programs of the Foundation in areas where Security Bank has presence.
